I recently worked with Ty at Pancheros for a small catering order for a group of ladies, and I can’t say enough good things! From start to finish, Ty was wonderful to work with—he was incredibly generous and thorough in ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious and so fresh! Every bite was a delight, and my guests couldn’t stop raving about it. If you’re looking for a great meal or catering for your next event, I highly recommend Pancheros. You won’t be disappointed!

The staff here is so friendly and accommodating. Even when they are swapped with pick up orders, and the line is super long, they always address the customers in line with kindness. Great communication if customers need to wait for a protein to finish cooking, or if they’re going to quickly take care of a takeout order. I’ve been here countless times and it is always the same no matter who is taking care of you.

The best of all the “fast food” burrito places. They make the tortillas fresh to order, and all the ingredients are fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. I also like that they mix the burrito before wrapping. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

Pancheros never misses! The service here is consistently amazing—the staff is always friendly, quick, and really makes you feel welcome. But the real star is the food. The quesadillas? Hands down, the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly grilled, loaded with flavor, and just the right amount of crisp and melt. And don’t even get me started on the queso, it’s on another level. Creamy and rich. If you haven’t been to Pancheros yet, you’re seriously missing out.

I recently moved to Wallingford and on Friday was my first time getting pancheros with my wife and 3 kids I didn’t know what to order and a young man iad helped us all order and took us threw every ingredient there was available and he was very generous and kind with the servings and explained how everything is fresh even the burritos we enjoyed our food and will be coming back again

Once I found Pancheros I haven't been back to Chipotle. Everything is fresher, and the staff is very friendly. They make the burrito shells from dough in front of you the moment you order... so i don't think it can get any fresher! I personally enjoy the tofu as well.
